Every café surcharges for oat. Almost none have checked whether the surcharge actually covers it. Some are paying for the privilege of selling it.
Milk prices excluding GST. Your surcharge is what is on the board, so GST inclusive, and we strip it before comparing. That step alone is the difference between thinking you make 20c and knowing you make 14c.
